How to activate your free eSIM
Step 1 — Sign in to your account
After buying eligible TuGo travel insurance, sign in to myTuGo and pick Travel Benefits in the left-hand menu.
Step 2 — Claim your code
Select Learn More under MonSIM, scroll to your policies and choose Claim eSIM. Enter the email where you want the code sent.
Step 3 — Download the aloSIM app
The aloSIM app is free on iOS and Android.
Step 4 — Activate your free plan
- Open the app and tap Rewards.
- Paste the activation code from your email.
